Pursuant to Arizona revised Statues (ARS) 38-431.1 and 02 and the Navajo Nation Law, notice is hereby given to the members of the School Board of Rock Point School Board, Inc. and to the General Public that the Board will hold meetings open to the public on the 2nd Thursday of every month beginning at 1:00 p.m. in the school board hogan. The Board may vote to go into executive session anytime on the Agenda PURSUANT to (ARS) Section 38-431.03 (A), regarding personnel matters; (A) 2, regarding confidential records; (A) 3, for legal advice; and (A) 4, regarding pending or contemplated litigation.
